Handy Webs aim is to provide a
simple, basic website for families and small-businesses wanting an
inexpensive presence on the internet. |

We do not construct websites
with a malicious content or those of an "adult" nature. |

Prior to making the website, a
general plan of the contents will be required, before the advance 50%
deposit paid. If both parties are satisfied with the subject matter,
the website will be created. |

The advance 50% deposit is
non-refundable other then for exceptional circumstances. In such
cases an administrative charge will be made to cover our out-goings
(payment for domain name etc) |

The minimum term of agreement
is one year. |
|
Payment for successive years is
due 60 days before expiry date. Therefore your second year will be due
after approximately 10 months from the start of contract. This is
due to the fact that domain names are renewed long before they expire.
Thereafter, payments will be every 12 months. |

Termination of the agreement
can be made at any time, but no refunds will be made for part-years. |
|
Payment for successive years
will increase in cost at a similar rate to inflation. |
|
We cannot be held responsible
for your website not being online for a period or for other such
circumstances that are out of our control |
|
Whilst we hold your domain name
while your website is with us, we will of course release it should you
require this. |
